📦 Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (KST).
• Orders placed before 1 PM (KST) are usually shipped on the same day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

• Asia: 3–7 business days
• North America & Europe: 7–12 business days
• May vary depending on customs or courier conditions.
• Please make sure to include a contactable phone number for smoother delivery.

💳 Shipping Fees

• Free shipping for orders over USD $100.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on region and method.
• If you seek premium express courier service, we offer DHL shipping, which usually takes 2–5 business days.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

We stand behind the quality of every AUTHENTIQUE product. For our beauty devices, we provide a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery
• Coverage: Malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects
• Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

If you have any issues with your device, please contact us at support@authentique.kr with your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll guide you through the support or exchange process.

For skincare products, please note that warranty does not apply, but we’re always happy to assist with any concerns regarding product condition or delivery. 🕊️

🛒 Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
• Once shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return request.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition.
• Please email us first before sending any returns: support@authentique.kr.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

❌ Return Restrictions

• Used items or those damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund.
