Order Cancellation

• Our return and cancellation policy applies to all customers, including customers located in the European Union.
• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or fulfilled.
• Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return request.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Please contact us before sending any returns: support@authentique.kr.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Where available, customers may also use the online return or cancellation option provided through their customer account or order page.

Return Restrictions

• Used, opened, unsealed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order may not be eligible for refund.
• This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
