International Shipping

• Delivery availability may vary by country, region, and courier conditions.
• To check if your country is eligible for EMS delivery, please refer to the official Korea Post EMS list of available international destinations.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
• Orders placed before 1 PM (KST) are usually shipped on the same business day.
• Processing may take longer during weekends, Korean public holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Asia: approximately 3–7 business days
• North America & Europe: approximately 7–12 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address and a contactable phone number to help ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping Fees

• Free standard shipping is available for orders over USD $100.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order details, and available shipping method.
• If you would like to use premium express courier service, DHL shipping may be available for selected destinations and usually takes approximately 2–5 business days.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas, special courier requests, or reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
• These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
• AUTHENTIQUE is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs procedures, local regulations, or incomplete recipient information.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery
• Coverage: Malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects under normal use
• Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, battery leakage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs

If you experience an issue with your device, please contact us at support@authentique.kr with your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and a brief description. We will guide you through the support, repair, or exchange process where applicable.

For skincare products, the device warranty does not apply. However, if you have any concerns regarding product condition, delivery, or damage upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Cancellations

• Our return and cancellation policy applies to all customers, including customers located in the European Union.
• Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped or fulfilled.
• Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return request.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
